1. Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times are typically 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During high‑volume periods (drops, restocks, promotions), processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times begin after your order has been processed.

Estimated delivery windows:

Australia: 3–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. UNDERATED DRIPKING is not responsible for:

Orders shipped to the wrong address
Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details

If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we may be able to update it.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, UNDERATED DRIPKING is no longer responsible for the package. For lost or stolen parcels, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

7. Pre‑Orders & Drops

For limited releases, pre‑orders, or special drops:

Shipping times may differ from standard orders
Estimated dispatch dates will be listed on the product page
Orders containing pre‑order items will ship together once all items are available

8. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photo or video evidence.
